The salon below agrees to feature, display, offer to sell, recommend, endorse or otherwise promote exclusively brands of lotion from Australian Gold, LLC, (Australian Gold®, Swedish Beauty®, Colorology®, Carribean Gold® Cheers!), and/or California Tan, LLC (California Tan®, Matahari®, Emerald Bay®), and/or Designer Skin, LLC (Designer Skin®, Boutique® Bronzing Ambience, SPLASH!® Tanning Tonics). Features include displays and advertisement of Australian Gold, LLC and/or California Tan, LLC and/or Designer Skin, LLC brands in your salon for a period of three promotional years:
3 year Agreement 11-01-07 to 10-31-10
The salon also agrees to purchase from the distributor mentioned below as its sole distributor. The distributor mentioned will submit all claims for the salon. Should the salon decide to change distributors during the year, it is required that Australian Gold, LLC is notified, in writing, of the reasons for the change in order for Australian Gold, LLC to be able to verify which distributor will be submitting paperwork for the claim. Only claims submitted from said distributor will be reimbursed as this program outlines.
